Horizons New Zealand Immigration Consulting is headed by Rowel Mercado, a New Zealand citizen based in Auckland. He is a fully-licensed Immigration Advisor by the Immigration Advisers Authority. He has eight (8) years experience in immigration consulting since February 2002. He completed Certificate of Proficiency in Immigration Law and New Zealand Practice in Massey University, New Zealand. He regularly visits the Manila office to provide immigration advice in the Philippines.

Horizons New Zealand Immigration Consulting also has a licensed Immigration Advisor based in Manila. She is Merlene Balanta, one of the company's directors with Licence No.: 201100020. She has a considerable wealth of experience in giving immigration advice since 2005. Immigration Advisers Authority has granted her licence to give immigration advice to those wishing to visit, study, or work in New Zealand.

Our Manila office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can also book an appointment during Saturdays from 9am to 11am only. You can be assured that when you visit our office, a licensed immigration adviser would be able to assist you in your immigration enquiries for New Zealand. .
